Mt. Annapurna is the tenth highest peak of the world with the height of 8,091 meters. This circuit includes 13 over 7,000 Meters Mountains and 16 over 6,000 meters mountains. This Annapurna circuit trek takes us to the height of 5416m at Thorang la Pass. This is one of the most famous trek among those who seek for adventure and outstanding scenes of the nature. The mountains that can be observed during this trek are Mt. Annapurna IV, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Annapurna south and many other popular mountain over 7,000 meters. Apart from these mountains, this circuit is popular for its cultural diversity and Annapurna Conservation Area. During this trek we can explore different wild life, Birds and Kali Gandaki gorge, which is the deepest gorge in the world.

Day 18: Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) early morning, back to the Hotel & trek to Nayapul (1070m), drive to Pokhara (850m) by private vehicle 8-9 hours
Day 19:               Drive / Fly back to Kathmandu (1350m) 7-8 hours/35 minutes

Details itinerary

Day 01:                           

Arrival at the Airport in Kathmandu (1,345m) and transfer hotel.

After arriving in Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu, a representative from our company will be there to pick you up to the hotel. You can take rest in hotel or take a walk for shopping that you might need during the trek.

Day 02:                                                                      

Preparation of the trek, Guided city sightseeing

After the breakfast a guide will help you sightseeing the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and many historical places in Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Some of them are Pashupatinath Temple, Swyambhunath which is also known as Monkey temple, Boudhanath, one of the largest stupas in the world and Durbar Squares. This is the day to make the equipment ready for the trek; the leader will check the equipment in the evening. Meals: Breakfast

Day 03:                   

Drive to Bhulbhule (780m) 7-8 hours driving

Early morning, we start our journey towards Bhulbhule. A tourist Bus will take us along the bank of Trishuli River. It will take 7- 8 hours to reach there to view the amazing views of Manaslu, Himalchuli and other mountains along with the Annapurna Range. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Bhulbhule to Chamje (1410m) 7-8 hours
After breakfast we walk through the villages and river banks of Marshyangdi River. We will take a break for our lunch and then follows the trial crossing suspension bridges, steeply uphill and forest to Chamje. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 05: Chamje to Dharapani (1860M) 6-7 hours
After the breakfast in Chamje the trek goes through the Tal the first village of Manang District. Crossing the suspension bridges in Marshyangdi River we will be at Dharapani after 6-7 hours of walk. We will be staying in a guest house of the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 06: Dharapani to Chame (2530m) 6-7 hours
Today we walk to the district headquarter of Manang. During the trek we can view the beautiful views of Annapurna II, Annapurna IV and amazing landscapes. The hot spring on the way is the best place which can heal our muscles. We will be staying in a guesthouse for the Night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 07: Chame to Pisang (3060m) 5-6 hours
The trail goes through the bank of the Marshyangdi Khola. On the way we will take a break for the lunch and again start the trek for the beautiful village, Pisang. We will be staying in a Guest house for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 08: Pisang to Manang (3440m) 6-7 hours
To reach Manang there are two routes from here. After the breakfast we will be taking one of these routes with amazing landscapes. Cold and dry environment can make a trek more difficult in this region. We will be staying in a guesthouse for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 09: Acclimatization day in Manang
To make ourselves able for the further trek we will rest in the Manang for a day. We can hike some popular places like Bhojo Gumpa and Gangapurna Lake. We will be staying in a guest house for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 10: Manang to Yak Kharka (4000m) 6-7 hours
Crossing the small villages, Jarsang Khola, few Pastures and Scrub of juniper trees we will reach the Yak Kharka. After 6-7 hours of walking we can enjoy horses and Yaks grazing. We will be staying in a guesthouse for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 11: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4450m) 6-7 hours
On this day we can view the amazing mountains, small villages and suspension bridge on our way. We will be heading towards the Thorong Phedi which is the last village before Thorong La pass. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 12: Thorang Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) - via Thorong Pass (5416m) 8-9 hours
The easiest and safest way to cross the Thorong La pass is from east to west. We have to start the trek early in the morning as we have to climb the Thorong La pass.When we reach the Thorong La pass we can witness the beauty of the Mt. Dhaulagiri, Dhamous peak. We will be heading down to Muktinath where we will be staying in a guesthouse for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 13: Muktinath to Marpha (2670m) 6-7 hours
Muktinath is one of the important pilgrimages for both Buddhists and Hindus. There are several temples and monasteries which are important for religious as well as for tourists. Descending on the steeply hills and crossing Kagbeni we will reach the Marpha. This place is famous for the apple they produce and local apple brandy is famous all over Nepal. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 14: Marpha to Ghasa (2010m) 6-7 hours
From here you can either take a jeep or trek to the Ghasa. The view of Kali Gandaki Valley is amazing; the route goes through the flat and broad river. We can see few motorcycles, jeeps and occasional buses. We will be staying in a guesthouse for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 15:  Ghasa to Tatopani (1190m) 6-7 hours [You can take natural hot spring bath in Tatopani. Nepali word Tatopani symbolizes Hot Water.]
After crossing the Deepest Gorge in the world we will be heading towards Tatopani, which means Hot water. Here we can enjoy the natural hot spring and the pool. We will be staying here for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 16:  Tatopani to Sikha (1980m) 6-7 hours
After enjoying the hot water spring we descend down and crossing suspension bridge. We will take a route to the Batase Dada and a walk through the farmlands to the Sikha Village. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 17:  Sikha to Ghorepani (2860m) 6-7 hours
After lunch the trek continuous through the terraced fields, rhododendron and pine forest. After 6-7 hours of trek we will reach at Ghorepani from where the amazing views of mountain and rhododendron forest can be seen. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 18:  Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) early morning, back to the Hotel & trek to Nayapul (1070m), drive to Pokhara (850m) by private vehicle 8-9 hours
Early in the morning we will be hiking up to Poon Hill for the sunrise and amazing view of Annapurna south, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Fishtail and many other mountains. After that we will descend down to Ghorepani, have breakfast and start trek for Nayapul. We will take a break on the way for our lunch and trive to Pokhara from Nayapul. Sightseeing in Pokhara and overnight at hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 19:  Drive / Fly back to Kathmandu (1350m) 7-8 hours/35 minutes
We can either take flight or drive to Kathmandu where our representative will take you to the hotel. Our company offers you a farewell dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 20:  Departure or extend your trip
In this day we will drop you to the Airport 3 hours before the time of flight. Meals: Breakfast
