In Necha village we can visit local school and health post [hospital] has been made and with a quick visit we get to learn all about the conditions of rural Nepal! Trekking mostly in the Necha area a visit to the highest point Gaire village is planned on this amazing trek.

Traveler’s note: Did you know that Phalpu is also an alternative and safer airport to get to the Everest Base Camp. If there are any flight delays to Lukla due to weather you can also travel to this airport and continue to the Everest base camp trek . On the way to Chyaisa we pass by the market in Salleri, also known as the headquarter of the Solukhumbu district. In Chyaisa we can enjoy incredible views and visit a small monastery and Tibetan Refugee camp at Chayalsa .

Traveler’s note: today we have high chances to see the endangered the small black bear. Did you know that Nele is a Sherpa village, and on Mondays there is a local market where you buy almost anything! The views of Mt Makalu, Nhuptse and Lhotse are incredible from here.
