Upon landing at the Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla, you will meet your trekking crew and begin the trek to Phakding. The trail descends through beautiful pine and rhododendron forests, passing by picturesque villages and crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Duration: 6-7 hours
Today’s trek takes you to Namche Bazaar, a lively Sherpa town that serves as the main trading center of the Khumbu region. The trail leads along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, offering stunning views of Thamserku and other snow-capped peaks.
